Male; was born inYunyang, Chongqing in 1948; Han nationality;member of the Communist Party ofChina; sports degree; former vice president of operations of Chongqing YunyangTeaching School; senior lecturer in sports; Chinese Wushu 7th-degree;1st-level national referee; member of Chongqing Wushu Association;chairman of Yunyang Wushu Association; director of IWSD Association, the BlackBelt 8; vice chairman of  China SanshouDao Association; member of Sichuan Wushu Judges of Committee; Wushu Branch ofChongqing Science Association.

He has worked over 40 years for Wushu teaching andtraining, and cultivated a large group of outstanding Wushu teachers, coaches,athletes, referees and administrative personnel.

In 2006 he was awarded “Top 10 Wushu Refereesof the World”and in 2007“Top 100 Wushu Extraordinaire”.
