He was born in Harbin City, Helongjiang Province in 1947.Chinese Wushu 6th; national referee of first level; chairman andadvisor of Daqing City Wushu Association; curator of North Wushu Museum;successor of Dragon boxing.

In 1957 he studied Wushu from master Zhiqing Liu, founderof Longxingpai. In 1959 he entered Helongjiang Wushu Team and became aprofessional athletes and has won the first place for many timesin short and long equipments of provincial and municipal youth Junior Wushucompetitions. In October of 1985 in the General Assembly of National WushuDemonstration Exchange he first displayed Dragon Boxing and won the goldenmedal. In 2006 he won the first prize of Boxing Group of the 8thTraditional Martial Arts Competition held in Shenzhen.

From 1985 to 1988 in many films and TV series he acted asbad persons or Wushu design, such as Dragon Jianxia, BeautifulPrisoners…

   He has also served as coach or referee inmany Wushu competitions. He took part in writing A History of Martial Arts inHelongjiang.
