Mr. Yue was bornin 1950 and graduated from Sports Department of Anhui Teachers University. Nowhe is Chinese Wushu 6th grade; Black Belt 7th grade ofInternational Wushu Sanshou Dao; international Wushu referee of third grade andnational coach.

At age 7 hebegan to study Chaquan systematically. In 1970 he went to Ma’anshan City tofollow Xisen Xing for Yanqingquan, Hua Boxing and weapons. In 1974 he enteredMa’anshan City Wushu Team and participated in The Third Sports Meet of AnhuiProvince. In 1978 he began to work as a sports teacher in The 10thMiddle School of Fuyang. In 1978 he served as referee of The Fourth Sports MeetWushu Competition of Anhui Province. In 1986 he served as coach of Fuyang CityWushu Team and participated in The 6th Sports Meet of Fuyang, andalso worked as head referee. In 1995 his article “On Martial Arts Teaching in Middle School” won teaching paper award, and at the same year he became a senior middleschool sports teacher. In 2008 he was honored as one of “World-Famous Wushu Artists.”
