Wang Zhong cai ,born in 1956,member of Chinese Wushu ASSociation,state 7th level in Wushu,now is a kongfu instructor and Class I police superior of the public security Bureau in Liaoning province Jinzhou city .He has learned both polite letters and Martial Art since childhood,exelled in free combat ,literature,philosophy ,humanities.

During his 48 years’ learning Wushu,he committed himself to inheritance and research of Wushu.At his 30,he has already formed himself unique free combat system ,furthermore concerning this system he began to publish articles from the age of 32.More than 50 papers published in some magazines,such as Modern Sports ,Jingwu,wushu exercise ,etc and novels such as shaolin old monk ,Baixiaqishen,etc .From 35,he began to write monograph on wushu,published by beijingsports University press,China people’s public Security University press and Olympic press,that it is ,Ancient and Modern Martial Arts Actual Combat Methods ,Tai Chi Chuan Actual Combat Methods ,Wushu Actual Combat Tecbat Technique,Foot and elbow technique collection,traditional Wushu Actual Combat method ,people’s police arrest technique,free combat technique textbook,female technique against danger ,etc .the volume of issuing totaled more than 200,000.

Among the works ,the book of people’s police arrest technique has been embodied in public secrity system Allround training technique encyclopedia,and also as teaching material of public security system police training ;the book of ancient and modern martial arts actual combat methods has ever won the  award of 2nd prize of city social science book .

He has accepted the appointment of free combat instructor in Beijing ,jinzhou and Russia,etc .There are thousands of his students through the whole country.He has established the first Wushu center and the first wushu center and the first wushu research institution of the city .His achievement has been reported by many state,province and city media for several times.

After 26 years of age ,he abandoned the set pattern of martial arts practice to choose the actual combat ,threw himself into free combat technique .through learning wildiy from other’s strong points and practicing for a long time ,through countless negation and negation in wushu academic research ,it has established its own system eventually ,and its technology content is still a blank field in the country.
