Huang Haiming, male, he was born in 1949, Guizhou Xishui people, member of Communist Party of China, bachelor degree, oral cavity specialist. He graduated from Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and  Guiyang Medical College. He has been study in the first class for advanced studies of  Zunyi Medical College for 18 months and continue to employ for 6 months. He has published six medical papers, the most creative futures paper "Study Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment the Mandibular Fracture" was selected in the book of "Chinese Medicine Library". His deeds were listed in the series of "Chinese International Medical Celebrities List". He is the seventh duan(Grade) of IWDA black belt and world famous martial arts master.

From 1958, he started to learn more than ten routines of Wenshui Xiaoshou Boxing from Wang Chaoqing and Mr. Wang's descendants Zhang Zonglin, Zhao Xinlun, He Shuqiang and other masters in Guizhou Wushu Town -Wenshui.
