Luo Shifu, male, he was born in 1952, Guizhou Xishui Tucheng Town people. He is a member of Zunyi Wushu Association, a member of Xishui Wushu Association, the seventh duan(Grade) of IWDA black belt and world famous martial arts master.

He was born in a Wushu family. His father and uncles are folk boxing masters. His father is 92 years old, his health is sill in good condition, he can hear and see well, he is the member of Pao Ge Group.

He loved Wushu from his childhood. He liked to play spear and cudgel. In 1960s, when he studied in Primary School, he started to follow his father to practice Standing Exercise, Carrying Bucket, Little Seven Hammer, Large Seven Hammer, Little Red Boxing and other basic routines. Then, he followed Luo Zhonghua and Luo Huaqing to practice boxing routines( Include: Large Red Boxing, Luohan Boxing, Liuhe Boxing, Sifang Boxing, San Tiao Shen and 12 Tan Tui) and weapon routines(Include:Sanhe Broadsword, Xinyi Broadsword, Shoulder Pole Exercise, Qimei Cudgel and Bench Dragon).
