He was born in Beijing in 1945. Member of Chinese Wushu Association; postgraduates tutor of Wushu School of China Humanities University; honorary chairman of China Sanshou Dao Association; member of Shanxi Xingyiquan Research Institute; member of Shanxi Wushu Repulsion Research Institute; permanent consultant of China Ziwumen Kungfu Research Institute; president of Datong City Research Institute of Chen Style of Taijiquan; the 3rd-generation successor of Shanxi Song School Xingyiquan; the 11th –generation successor of Chen Style of Taijiquan; the 3rd-generation successor of Beijing Chen Style of Taijiquan; the black belt 8th of sanshou dao; director general of Showcase of China National Wushu Skills.

In 1950 he began to study Xingyiquan from his father. At age of 8, he learned Plum-blossom boxing, Bafa, Tongbi, Huaquan, Chaquan, Red Boxing. In 1966 he followed Xiuchen Tian for Chen Style of Taijiquan. He is good at “ Babu Jinchan Yuanyang Shoufa”.

From 1967 he began to accept disciples and teach Wushu, mainly Changquan and Xingyiquan.
