Li Chengyin, male, born in Nov,1953, Shandong Liaocheng people, professor, master's supervisor, standing committee member of Chinese Wushu Association, Chinese Wushu eighth dan. He is the discipline responsible person of ethnic traditional sports at Shandong Normal University, member of Shanghai University of Sport Wushu doctor-postgraduates’ steering group, distinguished professor of Qilu Culture Research Center of Ministry of Education Humanities & Social Sciences Key Research Base, committee member of Chinese Wushu Association, national Wushu young and middle-aged academic leader, executive director of Chinese Nation Wushu Culture Committee.

Li Chengyin started practice Wushu at 1966, he has studied from Wu lisheng, Wang Lejiu, Zhou Yongxiang and other matial artist successively.He entered Beijing Institute of Physical Education for further study at 1976, he is good at Tongbi, Pigua,mantis boxing and weapon, wrestling, especially good at swordsmanship. From 1978 to 1995, he won the first prize at national Wushu competitions. he was awarded national outstanding science researcher at 1993. At 1995, he acted as deputy chief referee at the Second China Folk Wushu Succinct Invitational Tournament . At 1996, he acted as deputy chief referee at the First National Sunbin Boxing Wushu Invitational Tournament. At 1997, he acted as chief referee at the National Wushu Elites Invitational Tournament. At 1999, he was hired as a member of national college Wushu state-compiled textbook experts review and approval team. He has published 7 Wushu opuses, 5 edited writings and more than one hundred papers. He has won the Shandong Provincial Education Commission Education Commission and Shandong Province Science and Technology Progress Award and the first prize of National Wushu Symposium.
